I've heard of bell training a dog so they ring a bell with their nose or their paw and let you know they have to go out. You can do a search on these forums and find some info or Google it.
I had/have this problem with Jackson too. He's about 98% potty trained, I would say, at 7 mo. old. He ALWAYS lets me know but usually it's in a silent way and I feel bad so I may use bell training as well. He will either bark at the door or just stare at the door. lol |
