You have to wait until they have finished their full cycle of vaccinations plus two weeks for full immunity to take them to public places like grooming salons, pet shops, dog parks, and public areas outside in your neighborhood.
Puppies get immunities from nursing that block the effectiveness of those first vaccines so they are very susceptible to deadly diseases like parvo. The first vaccinations shouldn't be given until several weeks after weaning, about 9-10 weeks. The last vaccination should be between 16-18 weeks.
