this sentence is found in the very fist paragraph on the page. so it is not that uncommon for people to get confused.
I knew it! Yorkies were from the UK (yorkshire) and when the prisoners of the UK were sent to prison (in australia) their pooches went with them (somehow) and were bred to the modern day silkies! Right?
