Did they check for addison's?

Addison's Disease (Hypoadrenocorticism) in Dogs

addison's is very hard to detect in dogs. Has your dog been losing weight recently?

another thing with the coldness is hypothyroid so has a 6 panel thyroid been done

these are both immune disorders so please have them rule these out as these are the first two things i am thinking in what you describe - leaning more to addisons as my friends bull mastiff was just diagnosed with it and my dd has hypothyroid but with wbc and the neos sounds more like addisons and many vets do not detect it soon enough before an addison crisis
