Mia has a life jacket. I put it on when she wants to stay in the pool for a really long time. She gets tired and then I won't worry about her. She seems to really like it. She swims faster with it on!! Also I think it helps to keep her warmer longer. I like the handle on the top, easy to grab her when and if I need to. I got it at the Pet store, nothing fancy but it works good.
