Is Dolce is a puppy, then my guess is that he/she is playing with her food. When Suzi was a puppy she never ate from her Bowl. She always took one kibble out of the bowl at a time, and took it to the carpet, and would eat it there. Then, I would start finding her kibble all over the place. She grew out of this behavior . Yorkies are so silly. Sometimes, you just don't know why they do the things they do.
