which food provides more nutrition? dry food or wet food?

i have my 16 weeks 2lb guy on
- Royal Canin mini puppy 33 (dry food)
- Authority puppy traditional loaf Lamb and Rice (cans)

he does not eat much and prefers the dry food

does dry food provide more or less nutrition than canned food?
