What does it mean? I think it means they are happy, and know they are loved and safe.
That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. Yogi and Gracie Ruth do the zoomies nearly every night before bed. Of course theirs is accomplished by ferocious growls and barks because it sometimes seems as though they are chasing down some imaginary big game to feast on. You know, like they would be doing if they were still running in packs in the wilds of Yorkshire.
