What I did not know and learned after bringing My Suzi home when she was a little puppy was just how much she reminded me of a human baby. I was even home with her all the time. She needed so much attention a care, love, patience, and hands on , physical touching . These little ones require so much TLC. Sometimes, I believe a yorkie puppy can even require more hands on attention too. without it, they are going to cry and behave more like a lost little baby.
Spend lot's and lot's of time with your puppy. He needs to bond, and feel secure. He needs to know that he can count on his new human family. Crate training is fine, many people do that, however, the puppy still needs to be close to you, and still needs the touch and feel of humans petting him all the time. I am not trying to say he is not getting it, I am just wondering why he is crying so much. To me that is a sign that he is either in phyical distress, he is suffering pain, and needs to be seen by the vet ASAP. or that he is not getting enough TLC. Just my opinion.
