Great idea to build a teeter for the backyard. I did that, and it's a big part of the reason Eddie was able to continue with agility after we dropped out once. You can find lots of cool designs on the internet, for jumps too.

For a tunnel, I just went to Toys 'R Us and bought a 10-foot kids' tunnel. Works great.

If you're thinking about someday entering a trial, don't give up on the big-dog classes altogether. Try to work with the instructor to make sure you can protect your dog. The socialization is going to be important at a trial.

But for fun, you can't beat a course in your backyard!
