Depends on a lot of things
The dog - some dogs are easier to train
The dog's age - and their health
Where you train them - distractions make training harder
Your demeanor and voice - if you are used to training animals it will be easier
Don't go by how long it should take
Take out 5 minute intervals
Not much longer than that because puppies don't have much of an attention span
make sure no one else is around and their are no distractions
get some treats you know your puppy loves and follow some of the training methods you've found here
You'll see he will catch on
