While doing research on puppyfind I came across this ad under the Biewers “Parti-Yorkie” male for sale and she said he is a male Biewer. When I emailed to question why she is calling him a “Parti-Yorkie and Biewer, this was her response.

Sorry for any confusion. If you go to www.aprpets.com (this is APRI registry whom cody is registered with), his paper work states as breed "registered yorkshire terrier" color blk,white tan,biewer colors. Both of his parents are biewers BUT he was born state side and when I registered him through this registry the biewers are not reconized here in the US. SO when any offspring out of this mom and dad are born ( this was the first time) they are called "yorkshire terrier" with parti markings and thus I crop their tails.
This can be verified through the registry. AS you have seen I sell my puppies for pets not nessarly for breeding Hope this help, Sounds like he is not what your looking for Have a great day!

I found this very disturbing not only for reputable breeders here who are trying to establish the Biewer but also wonder what the Parti breeders feel about this type of breeder? Now I can understand why YTCA is so upset and the reputable Yorkshire Terrier breeders.
