I spend extra money for a teacup that was 1.5 lbs at 12 and 13 weeks. From the 13th week to the 20 week he jump to whooping 6.5 lbs. That is over 3/4 lb a week. He was suppose to be around 3 lbs. I did not realize you could not go by the growth chart. I am a whole lot smart than 2 months ago. I am hoping he is tapering off and have seen him suddenly eating alot less so maybe it is a big growth then he stops. Not that I am expecting him not to grow some more but hopefully not on the current growth spurt. He is very smart and his legs are short so he does not look big. Anyway it is what it is and I love him. I just had to mentally adjust that I did not get a smaller yorkie which I had my heart set on. I think when I get my next one it will be older so I know what I am getting and don't have to adjust but only enjoy.
