hi im a first time yorkie owner 2, molly has little tear marks on her face, although not too much, i wash her little face every day with a wet face cloth, and she seems to be fine with that, i found a buils up on her face a few days after i brought her home, so maybe if you do her face every morning it might not seem so much, just a sugestion
