Does your Yorkie sleep with you or in the same room with you? Harley was waking me at 2 am, 4 am...just different times throughout the night for no apparent reason but I had him sleeping in his kennel next to my bed. I moved him out of my room and into the living room and he has been doing great sleeping all night. He gets up when he hears our alarm clocks in the morning...that's when he starts barking and whining.
