But the option is always open to transfer your dog to a fully staffed vet before closing time. If Ellie ever needed 24/7 care, that's what I'd be doing. I would never let her stay by herself after surgery. They want them there for observation but nobody is observing them! Or some think that the owner won't keep them calm but that isn't true in a lot of cases.
there isnt another 24 hour vet anywhere near my area...i know shed be better of at home becuz every minute she isnt with me she is fretting and pacing...my mom,bf,and roomate all say she is panicked whenever i leave her...im already a nervous wreck about the spay to begin with cuz shes sooo small but idk if i can handle her being alone alll night when she never has before...i think itd be so much mre stressful for me and her
