I grow the hair on Thor's tail extra long so I can see it wagging more easily. He is cute with a docked tail, but I too would like to see tail docking and ear cropping become illegal.

I guess that's more signs that Thor did not come from a good place, because his tail was docked, presumably to make him saleable, but his dew claws were not removed.
