I am so very, very sorry at the loss of your precious little Bella. She is simply beautiful! I know exactly the emotions you are feeling - the shock, guilt, regret, sorrow, the huge empty place inside of you.
How old was your Bella? She looks tiny, so adorable - so perfect.
I lost my sweet Olivia 3 weeks ago today; I took her in to the vet to have a dental. They did all the pre-op bloodwork and everything, but when they gave her the anesthetic, her little heart stopped beating. She was 8 yrs young.
I still miss her terribly and no furbaby will ever replace her. BUT - if you can get Bella's sister, that may be a beautiful way for your healing process to begin. I just brought home a new little one last night and she has already brought joy to my broken heart.
Bless your heart....Bella was much loved and I am sure she knew it.
