My 10 Reasons for Toby and Rudy
1) How they wake me up in the morning with kisses
2) How they can bring smiles to the faces of complete strangers
3) Watching them play together, running through the house making ferocious growling noises at one another
4) How darned happy they are each morning when we wake up (how can you have a bad start to the day waking up to that?)
5) How they walk away from their dishes licking their lips after cleaning out the bowl
6) Watching them check out each others dishes after eating, just in case a tiny morsel was left by the other one
7) Without warning, one or both of them will leap into my lap to give me kisses on my nose
8) How they cuddle with their Daddy at night, and have learned to open the gate in the mornings to wake him up
9) That they must both go to sleep at night while somehow touching me, even if it is only one of their paws draped over my neck
9 1/4) How they are always so happy when I come home, nomatter how long I have been gone
9 2/4) That they always seem to smell like the air after a spring rain
9 3/4) That they love to play and romp with children
10) They have made my life complete, and have brought more happiness, laughter and joy to our house that we could have ever imagined
