Nancy 1999 you really hit the nail on the head of why Kris won. It wasn't "I'm going to vote for Kris because he's so fantastic", it was "I'm going to vote for Kris because I don't like that the judges praised Adam and I don't want Adam to win".
I knew this was the way it was going to turn out but it's still hard to accept. I have watched every episode of every season of Idol and have liked a lot of the contestants, but there has never been a performer with Adam's talent and ability to evoke emotion. The one ray of sunshine is now Adam doesn't have to release Kara's horrible song.[/QUOTE]
