I don't think its right if they charge so much more, but not all do. Fact is though, that it's a free country and anyone can charge any amount for anything as long as its legal, and if people are dumb enough to pay "2 arms and 2 legs" for one, that's their business. I have not personally seen a parti yorkie in person, and I have seen probably hundreds of standard colored yorkies, so to an extent they are not that common. If someone really desires to have one and has the ability to afford one, then thats just up to them. It seems rather controlling to get so upset by this.
