In order to get your "free" credit reports, you have to sign up for some annual service or something. Don't remember the exact details because it's been a while since I looked at it.
You can always go to the three credit reporting companies (Expedia, Trans-something and another one - sorry, can't pull them out of my head right now) and get a REAL free report from each place once a year.
