Yes, I can make it with cookies or brownie chunks in it, (peanutbutter cups are great!!) but I have to have that type in a hard serve variety because it would be too chunky to dispense for soft serve - so I just scoop it out and freeze it. If I really want it to more smooth like soft serve, I just take it out of the freezer about an hour or so before I want it. I've done peanutbutter in soft serve - it was so good! I had to try a Chocolate peanutbutter flavor too! It gets addicting!
