Oh wow, Is Laci ok? I really hope the owner apologized to you. She shouldn't be bringing her dog out if he is aggressive like that. The fact that he bit Laci so hard and didn't let go? usually it's a little growl or snap, but to lock up his jaw? that's a bad sign.
