Your best bet is to go to the U of Tenn Vet website, get the contact info and see what is required. Your general Vet may have to give you a referral. Your pup *may* need to grow a little bit and get a little more healthier. So you may have to set an appt for a few weeks or even a month. But at that time all would be done over a few days and then you could bring him home.

A handful of people should chime in soon, but they have had LS surgery at U of Tenn and can give you more info
