She is WAY to tiny to have babies safely. Keep her away from all males for 21 days approx. Her size doesn't mean her heat will be shorter. I have a friend who has a female who is 1 lb 4 ounces and didn't spay her due to her size, her vet won't spay her saying its too risky. There is a morning after shot for emergencies if you ever suspect an unwanted pregnancy. The shot it self has risks so only use it when you have too. Good Luck with your tiny baby.
