Ellie sleeps with me and doesn't fall out of bed.
I'm pretty sure that I pushed her off the couch on accident when I was sleeping one time though. She survived it.
She is not at all fragile though (for a Yorkie) and I'm not sure I"d want to sleep with a 3 pounder or a pup.
