If your baby knows the drop it command, take a little treat and say drop it. Once she will drop, take away the bully stick and give her a treat. Soon she will learn that by dropping it she gets a reward and eventually you do not have to use the treat anymore. I also learned that by holding it the whole time while they chew makes it easier to take it away.
