We went up to see Lexie today. They had her in a big cage, she was laying there looking so sad. They said if we took her home, she would only have a 25% chance of surviving. The vet bill is up to $700 right now, and after tonight, it will be around $1000. We told them tomorrow, we have to bring her home. I just pray the test results come back by 3:00 tomorrow. Her numbers are through the roof, yesterday they wouldn't even register, today they were 135 when they should be between 7 and 25. I don't understand why at such a young age this is happening. Her eyes followed my hubby wherever he moved too today. I can't stand seeing her like this.
