She's not on any meds, right? Sometimes meds can lower WBCs, but I'm sure your vet would've ruled that out. It really could just be an anomaly, but it could also be what you already mentioned (immunosuppressive dis.); could also be a bone marrow disease, viral, and sometimes, WBCs are low w/ cancer - but I really don't want to alarm you. Is there any way she got into something toxic? The vet may just wnat to recheck WBCs in a while before proceeding to a BM biopsy. I'm sorry your baby is going through this - please keep us updated -- I will keep her in my thoughts.
