24-hour-rule change proposal for tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20

What do you say we have one day of "Reinstate the Person Above You." We've been banning for eons, I say we have one day where we reinstate the person above us and give a KIND reason for doing so.

An alternative: If the person above you bans someone, you have to reinstate the person they banned. But if the person above you reinstated someone, you have to ban the person above you. That may be too complicated for the riff-raff around here to grasp.

Then, come Thursday, the war is back on. Any takers? This is not a kingly edict, just a suggestion. I'll do a poll if there's no agreement.
