I have heard some say that they changed the water to distilled water or that they put them on a allergy friendly food like the Natural Balance Duck & Potato. Someone on the Maltese Borad (I think that is where i read it) said that their babies no longer have the tears after changing diet and water.
Wish I had more advice...
