We live in a nice neighborhood in a very small university town. Recently, a group of guys that live a couple houses down started letting their st. bernard out to play in the afternoons. Dexter is 100% not afraid (his best friend is my mom's very large boxer). However, just one tromp, and the dog could easily break dexter's very small bones. I already have started taking dex out on a leash because of a pit bull that gets walked in our neighborhood, but the st. bernard just runs over to "play" with dexter. The owners think that it's funny...but i don't know what to do. Has any one else had this problem. Dexter just can't go outside to pee in the afternoon anymore. It' s become an everyday thing. Any advice would be much appreciated.
