and I'm glad your neighbors are pitching in to help - I know where Port Arthur is - You guys really did get hit hard and I'm so sorry....We were expecting that but man - once we got what we got ...I can't imagine how bad it was there - I hope you have water and other necessities ...The government needs to really look long and hard at the relief efforts and their timing.... |
