| I Just Wanted Opinions about the Customer Service Yes, I was just looking for a validation about whether the customer service was good or bad, because the generic letter said they gave me my money back for not being satisfied with the service provided. The letter never addressed how the stylist was unprofessional towards the customer or how they addressed the problem in the salon. My post was mostly like a rant. I was upset about not being able to voice my opinion about my haircut to the stylist without her getting upset and kicking me out the chair. I was upset, because sometimes customers have no voice. There was no place to report the unprofessional behavior. The haircut was not what I desired, but it was not awful. If I had not spoken up about the haircut, I would have an awful haircut. I am looking forward to growing my hair longer and getting the A-Line Bob done the way I desired with good customer service. I was over the horrible experience before I posted this thread. I was just ranting about the letter they sent me. Visible Change dismissed how the stylist, Evelyn, was unprofessional that day in the salon. I am not talking about this experience anymore; I just needed to rant. I was hoping others at Yorkie Talk would understand. Thanks everybody for commenting about wheatear the customer service was good or bad, because I wanted to know if the customer service I received was unprofessional and should be frowned upon. I wanted to know if anybody else would be upset if they received this type of service and that was all. |
