I totally agree with Dogbert.
It really irritates me when people say... "oh, just put it behind you". I think she was looking for validation - and rightfully so. She has every right to be
angry
. This was out and out rude and disrespectful!!
It's ok to be upset when you're treated badly! Infact, it's normal. It's wrong to take this kind of treatment and "just let it go"!
You know what JoshieBoy, word of mouth will hurt them more than you know. Tell everyone!!! And putting it on the website was a good thing to do!
I do that myself. Times are tough and you can hit them where it hurts - in the pocket. Then let it go
