 It's not just the heat...
My vet's website recommends avoiding long walks when the temp is above 80 degrees and/or humidity is above 30%.
Most important if you do go out (lots of dogs do) is probably to ensure doggy stays hydrated, ground does not burn paw pads, and avoid sunburn. |
