[QUOTE=Britster;2627435]What is so wrong with that? Not to be mean, I'm just curious as to why you feel that is bad? Hand motions and commands are all a part of training? The "Shhh" sound is no different than using the word "Quiet!" or something. I know everyone has opinions! And the collar thing is something definitely that shouldn't be happening. But the owner probably used a collar as well. I've seen Cesar use harnesses before if the owner uses them.[/QUOTE

IMO, as Ceaser is a professional trainer I feel that their are more effective training methods to be using in a toy breed , then this. I wasn't impressed . I like more calmer approach, food rewards, positive training methods. you started this thread and asked for people to choose, and that is what I did. BTW, this owner, was concerned about her Yorkie's reaction to the pulling of the collar, Ceaser finally placed a harness on her dog. her dog was 6yrs old .
