Well, I collected my little girl on the 6th sept 2007.
My breeder very kindly offered to meet us half way as she was travelling past not too far from where we lived, so we arranged to meet-up at the services.
I remember feeling very nervous as I had only spoken to her on the phone and emailed, and had only ever seen Pixie in Pictures!
but I had no worries as my breeder is a well known, very experienced breeder and i could tell by the pictures what a beauty Pixie was going to be.
When she took this little bundle out of the car and put her in my arms, she just literally took my breath away...I will never forget that feeling.I was choked with emotion...the first thing she did was look up into my face and then she started giving me little delicate kisses with the tiniest pink tongue! I was just in awe of this tiny little thing..she was 14 weeks old and weighed around one and a half pounds.
She settled into our home and routine like she had always been there..it couldn't have gone more perfectly.
I'm still in awe of her, even now after 21 months...she truly is the sunshine in my life.
