Isn't this breeder Jeff Dane? I hope this puppy gets a very thorough vet check, as this breeder has a long history of very sick pups. If you search "Jeff Dane" on this site, you will see.
As for the fur/hair, it's hard to say...puppy coats can change in terms of color, as is expected, but thinner coats will usually stay a bit on the thin side. But there is always a chance that your pup's coat will thicken a bit.
