This poem is for all of the yorkie owners who have lost thier baby. I wrote this poem when my grandma died and it seems appropriate for these beloved animals.
I'll Never Forget You
My heart is aching daily
My life is passing by
Even though I miss you
I know your'e in the sky

I know you wouldn't want me
To cry and cry all night
But I don't want to forget you
Even though time is passing by

God is probably watching me
And teaching you to fly
I'm glad that God is with you
While I say goodbye

You're more than likely trying
To tell me it's all right
You tried to win your battle
But life put up a fight

I will never forget you
Even when I'm old
Because in my heart
You'll always be gold
