Well she had two puppies this morning. They were huge and the vet said they were pitbulls. She had a c-section but she is doing fine. She has also been spayed. I am glad she is okay. That seems so strange that the vet saw 7 on the x-ray and she had two. How much did they weigh? I don't see anyway he could tell at birth what kind a male bred her. I really can't imagine a pitbull breeding a yorkie. I hope Heaven makes a speedy recovery. If at all possible you should try to let the pups nurse some so they can get some colostrum. It can be very challenging hand raising newborn puppies. The mom will need to lick them and stimulate them.
