Are they champions? If not - it will be hard. If they are sometimes you can do a search. If the breeder has a particular name - you can also google and see what comes up. If it is a well-known line you can look in magazines - yorkie ones to see the champions if they advertised them or see how they placed at Specialtes if they won. If they showed - you can go to info dog and see how they placed in a particular show. But if not championed or did not show - you are stuck with the past breeders info and call or email them to ask.
