What key questions would you ask a dog sitter?

I need a sitter for Austin. I considered a doggy daycare but they want a once a week commitment. Due to my schedule I can't do commitments. Plus if I had a baby I would not place her in a daycare. I like the one on one attention a sitter could give.

So I am thinking I need to hire a sitter for when we go on vacations. Or when I just need a me day.

What key questions should I be asking these people??????
