People like this deserve the same treatment they gave the animal. Just my opinion, but people who opt to torture their animals rather than giving them up to either rescues or county shelter deserve the worst of the worst. I even have respect for people who choose a quick death, at least they are trying to minimize the pain for the animal. But for a dog to suffer for nearly a week, this is absolutely ridiculous. I really hope this woman gets what is coming to her!!!
