Both my boys are neutered and totally housetrained. They both mark outside but not inside. My little girl marks outside as well. They take turns marking over each other's spots! The boys both lift their legs to pee and Clara will follow suit sometimes. If either Teddy or Clara has to pee really bad, they find squatting alot faster and easier.
