I do want to let you know though that really, any breed you choose will be needful of you and most dogs from my experience, will bark
The dogs I have had have always been like "buddies" for me, I take them on my errands, play around with them or just laze on the couch. My dogs have always been pretty playful and quite rambuncious. Wanting a dog that isn't needy, yappy or jumpy is like saying I want kids, but I don't want them to be loud, dirty or a pain in the butt!!! LOL
