My little Owen has started biting a little bit. Nips here and there... but they are pretty hard and painful! I don't know how to punish him. I was told not to use his crate as punishment and whenever I tell him no, he doesn't listen. I usually try to distract him with his toys, to teach him to bite those and not me, but he just doesn't understand.

What should I do about this? I don't want him biting people.
