aquaphor in the baby section of the store. it is the only thing that works for me in the winter. like you, i have tried EVERYTHING including all the recs on this thread
they *might* make a lipbalm now but i always use the stuff in the squeeze tube
and it is cheap and lasts forever which makes it even better
