What kind of floor is it? Roxie does this when she's going to lay down or she's trying to get something that has fallen under something or inbetween the couch cushions. Usually when she's trying to get something she digs and looks at me and barks too. If you've just moved then he probably is smelling something and like one of the above posters said you might have to clean the floors good. I really think that if it's the floor he's digging at he's smelling something there. Is it in the same spot or different places?
